HANDYMAN/REPAIR:
I'm available for most home repair or remodeling jobs with specialty in plumbing and fixture installation.  Common situations I deal with are adding adu's in basements, attics, or in external structures to accommodate family members or rental situations.  Rearranging current living space or adding a second bathroom or kitchenette is also common.   


CONSULTING:
I can help explain how to tackle your unique project and possible
problems you may come across helping you understand what you're 
getting into.  Is the project even possible and how much will it cost in materials to complete yourself.   

PROBLEM SOLVING:
As a practical problem solver I can often come up with alternative or inexpensive solutions for unique situations, saving you time and money. 

BRAINSTORMING:
Need someone to bounce some ideas or questions off of ?  Whatever the project I likely have some fresh ideas and perspective for your issue.  No question is too strange or too small.


CAMPERS/VANS/RVS:
Trying to make that vehicle livable?  I have also converted ambulances,
vans, and a boat into campers so if you're starting your vanlife conversion
